Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14‑day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods — in the same manner as allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a withdrawal notice must be submitted either by completing the form below or by sending the notice to the e‑mail address proteam@proteam.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

Required information in the withdrawal notice:

Customer details: First and last name, phone number, and e‑mail address. Order/invoice details: Order number and invoice number. Product details: Name of the product being returned, product code, and quantity.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item does not correspond to the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.

The online store will issue a refund to the buyer without delay after receiving the returned goods.
